If an employee's hours need a pay type (regular / overtime / holiday) that has no matching hourly compensation in Gusto, nothing is sent and the error lists the compensation names Gusto actually has. Verify each client's Gusto compensation setup covers every pay type your crews use — at client onboarding, before the first push.
